What files do I need to use berthcast?
An inventory file and a sales report are the minimum. Purchase orders and supplier data improve accuracy significantly. See the user guide for the exact column requirements.
Can I try it on my own data first?
Yes — get in touch and we'll set you up with a trial on your real files. You'll see the full report: every SKU flagged by status (Critical, Low, OK, Overstocked), days of supply remaining, and specific purchase recommendations with quantities — the same output as a paid plan.
How does billing work for Professional and Enterprise?
We invoice monthly via bank transfer or PayNow. There's no automated payment system yet — contact us and we'll set it up directly. No lock-in, cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Is my data secure?
Your uploaded files are stored on a private server and are only used to run your analysis. They're never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. See our data page for exactly how we handle it.
