What files do I need to use berthcast?
An inventory file and a sales report are the minimum. Purchase orders and supplier data improve accuracy significantly. See the user guide for the exact column requirements.
What does the free analysis actually show me?
A full inventory health report — every SKU flagged by status (Critical, Low, OK, Overstocked), days of supply remaining, and specific purchase recommendations with quantities. The same output as paid plans, just capped at one run.
How does billing work for Professional and Enterprise?
We invoice monthly via bank transfer or PayNow. There's no automated payment system yet — contact us and we'll set it up directly. No lock-in, cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Does the quality of the AI analysis differ between plans?
Yes. Higher plans use a more capable AI model under the hood, which produces more accurate supplier risk assessments and better handles large or complex catalogues. The free tier is suitable for a first look at your data.
Is my data secure?
Your uploaded files are stored on a private server and are only used to run your analysis. They're never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. Contact us if you have specific data handling requirements.
